Quality assurance
- Developing, translating and adapting training products, assessment, and preparing and certifying trainers are all covered by an ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
- Trainers complete at least 150 hours of internal preparation before certification, and are re-assessed regularly.
- Most programmes carry CEU (Continuing Education Units) credit; graduates receive a digital certificate.
