Terms of service

General

These terms govern the relationship arising from our training services. We may amend them; amendments take effect when published on this page. The version that applies to you is the one in force on your registration date.

Registration and confirmation

You can register through the web form, by phone, or through a corporate order. Registration alone does not secure a seat: the seat is confirmed once payment is received or a corporate invoice is accepted. Your consultant confirms this by phone or email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you provide.

Payment

Prices are published per participant in Mongolian tögrög on each course page. Payment is due in full before the course starts. Early-bird pricing applies only within the period stated on the course page. Payment is made to the Training provider’s bank account; request the details on +976 7000 0330 or at info@dalecarnegie.mn.

Corporate orders and invoicing

Invoices can be issued in a company’s name and are delivered to the address agreed with you. For corporate orders, the contract and payment schedule are agreed case by case.

Cancellation and refunds

Send cancellation requests in writing to info@dalecarnegie.mn. The date we receive the request applies. Depending on how many days remain before the course start date:

• 7 days or more — full refund.
• Between 3 and 7 days — 70% refunded.
• Fewer than 3 days, or after the course has started — no refund. If the course has not started yet, you may use the transfer option below.

Refunds are returned to the account the payment came from within 10 working days of the request being confirmed.

Transfers and missed sessions

If you notify us at least 1 day before the start date, we will transfer you once, free of charge, to the next group of the same programme. This applies during the no-refund window too — you keep your place on a course even when the money can no longer be returned.

A missed session may be made up in a later group of the same programme where a seat is available. Make-up places must be arranged in advance, so contact your consultant early.

Changes from our side

If a group does not fill, or in case of force majeure, we may change the date or cancel the course. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or, at your choice, a transfer to another date. The trainer may differ from the one announced; the programme content stays the same.

What you need

Arriving on time for in-person sessions and preparing the computer, phone and internet connection needed for online sessions is the participant’s responsibility.

Intellectual property

The programmes, materials, exercises and methodology are the intellectual property of Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc. and the Training provider. You may use the materials for your own personal use only. Copying, distributing, audio or video recording, and commercial use are not permitted.

Account credentials

Keeping your profile login and password confidential is your responsibility. The Training provider is not liable for risks arising from credentials disclosed through your own actions.
